You will work at various preschools, trying out different workplaces and gathering valuable experiences for the future. The substitute position can lead to longer assignments or a permanent employment at the preschools we collaborate with. We are currently looking for preschool substitutes for assignments in Täby, Vallentuna, and Åkersberga!

With us, you have great flexibility and can work based on your own schedule – which makes this position perfect to combine with studies. It is also possible to work five days a week if you wish to work full-time.

About the role

As a preschool substitute, you replace permanent staff during absences, often with short notice on the same morning. Together with the rest of the staff, you are responsible for the children's group and participate in games and activities both indoors and outdoors. You help with dressing and undressing, participate in educational meals, and are above all a present adult for the children.

With us, you are always personally matched to your assignments. You have a personal contact with us who supports you when needed before, during, and after work. Of course, you will receive an introduction before you start.

Qualifications and characteristics

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary education or childcare education
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience working with children and young people
• A positive attitude and confidence in the role of a role model
• Willingness to take responsibility and initiative and desire to collaborate with others
• Ability to work at least 3 days a week (for students, at least 1 day/week applies)
• Commitment to work as you promise
