We are now looking for an engaged and structured Property Manager who wants to become part of our team in Skövde.

In Skövde, Willhem manages just over 800 apartments in several areas, including Storegården, Kilbacken, and Eriksdal. We operate from our premises at Storegården and work closely together to create pleasant and well-maintained living environments.

About the role

As a Property Manager, you are an important contact person for our tenants and a key player in the daily management of our properties. The role combines traditional property management duties with extended responsibility for apartment inspections and related administration.

In addition to property maintenance, you will work together with the Assistant Property Manager on the entire process regarding apartment turnover – from pre-inspection and move-out inspection to follow-up on actions, orders, and documentation. This role therefore entails greater administrative responsibility than a traditional Property Manager position, while you continue to work closely with our properties, tenants, and contractors.

Most of your working day is spent out in our properties, but we also ensure regular meetings at the office and are keen on creating a pleasant atmosphere, collaboration, and involvement. You will have significant autonomy and become a key person in delivering high quality to our tenants.

Your main responsibilities

• Create and maintain good relationships with tenants, contractors, and colleagues
• Handle service reports, complaints, and claims, and follow up with the tenant
• Work with the entire process regarding apartment inspections, including planning, execution, documentation, and follow-up
• Scan apartments for digital viewings during the rental process
• Handle administration related to rentals
• Perform systematic rounds according to a set schedule
• Plan and carry out simple repairs and ongoing maintenance
• Order and follow up on minor contracting work
• Inspect ventilation, heating, and electrical systems

Who are you?

We are looking for you who enjoy combining practical work with structure and administration. You have an eye for detail, work methodically, and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed with high quality. At the same time, you enjoy interacting with people and understand the importance of good service.

You have:

• At least a high school education, preferably with a focus on property, technology, or construction
• Experience with apartment inspections, property management, or similar work
• Experience in customer-facing property work as well as good practical and technical understanding
• Good administrative skills and experience in documenting and following up on cases
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good digital skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

As a person, you are structured, self-reliant, and responsible. You have the ability to plan and drive multiple processes in parallel while maintaining focus on quality and customer experience. You collaborate well with others and are eager to contribute to developing working methods and routines.
