At ABB Motor and Generator Service in the South region, we are now looking for an engaged service technician for our operations in Mölndal. As a service technician with us, you will receive a permanent position in a leading organization where you report directly to the workshop manager and play a central role in the operations. The work involves working both at our workshop in Mölndal and out at our customers, who are mainly spread from Karlstad to Malmö. You will work with service on our renovation assignments on-site in Mölndal but also travel to customers for delivery and service. The trips are usually during the day, but some overnight stays may occur.

Your main tasks consist of performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electric motors and generators, as well as upselling ABB's other services. With your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, you contribute to ensuring high operational reliability and customer satisfaction. The position involves daytime work and offers a varied and stimulating work environment where you have the opportunity to develop and grow with us. Qualifications for the role

• Background as an electrician, industrial electrician, or equivalent mechanical experience along with a technical interest. Preferably towards electric motors and generators.
• Experience in repair and service or industrial technology
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates are meritorious
• Experience with condition monitoring/vibration measurement is meritorious
• You are creative and quick-witted, a meticulous problem solver who prioritizes safety
• You take responsibility for your work, are structured, and work both independently and well with others
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required as travel is involved in the role
