On behalf of our client, Ed:Za is now recruiting several Electricians/Backup Power Technicians for an established company working with the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure. Here you will have a varied daily routine where you combine classic electrical work with work within backup power, UPS systems, and battery installations. About the role

As an Electrician / Backup Power Technician, you work with service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of technical electrical systems that ensure the operation of Sweden's telecommunications network. Here you will work with both classic electrical work and technical solutions within backup power, UPS, and battery systems, which gives a varied role with great technical breadth.

The work is varied and takes place largely in the field, where you have significant individual responsibility while being part of an engaged team.

Your main tasks

• Service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical installations and backup power systems
• Installation and commissioning of technical systems
• Preventive maintenance and technical inspections
• Work with UPS systems, battery installations, and simpler building electricity
• Contribute to the development and improvement of technical solutions

We are looking for you who

• Are trained as an electrician with an ECY certificate or equivalent experience
• Have a few years of experience in service, troubleshooting, or maintenance within electricity
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Have good computer skills and are comfortable working in digital support systems
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing

If you have experience with backup power, UPS, battery systems, rectifiers, telecommunications, or building technology, it is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have a stable electrical technical foundation, are curious about new technology, and want to continue developing.
