We are now looking for a distribution electrician who wants to become part of our team.

About the role

As a distribution electrician with us, you will have a varied and practical job within the operation, maintenance, and new construction of power grids. You will work primarily outdoors and play a key role in ensuring a safe and stable electricity supply to our customers within the voltage range of 0.4–12 kV.

The work is carried out both independently and together with colleagues, which means you need to enjoy taking responsibility, collaborating, and solving technical challenges in everyday life. Safety, precision, and good communication are a natural part of the job.

On-call duty is included in the position after the introduction period and when you feel confident in the role.

Examples of tasks

• Troubleshooting and fault repair
• Maintenance work in power grids
• Cable work – laying, splicing, and termination
• Installation of grid stations and cable cabinets
• Service changes for customers
• Aerial line work
• Service and maintenance of street lighting
• Fiber work

We are looking for you who

Are responsible, driven, and enjoy working outdoors. You are confident in taking personal responsibility while functioning well in a team and contributing to good collaboration.

You work in a structured and safe manner and respect the industry's safety regulations. We believe you have experience working as a distribution electrician, line technician, or substation technician – or from other electrical operations, such as industry, power grids, installation, or assembly, and wish to develop further within electrical power.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who wants to contribute to both job satisfaction and good service for our customers.

Requirements

• Electrical technical education at the upper secondary level, or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer
• Category B driver's license
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Computer skills
