Coffee Coach Wanted for Our Client in Gothenburg

OnePartnerGroup is now looking for an engaged and service-oriented Coffee Coach for our client in Gothenburg. Do you thrive in independent work where you meet people, build good customer relationships, and contribute to a truly great coffee experience? Then this might be the job for you!

Start: Mid-August

Location: Gothenburg (working on-site with clients in the Gothenburg region)

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 07:00-16:00

About the Role

As a Coffee Coach, you are responsible for ensuring that customers' coffee and beverage solutions operate optimally. You plan your own client visits and work on-site with companies throughout the Gothenburg region.

In this role, you will:

• Visit clients and ensure that coffee and beverage solutions maintain high quality.
• Adjust and fine-tune coffee machines for the best possible taste experience.
• Deliver coffee and replenish consumables such as sugar, tea, and stirrers.
• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments directly at the client's site.
• Build long-term relationships and serve as a valued contact person in the clients' daily routines.
• Plan and follow up on your work digitally via mobile devices and other digital tools.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with people and is motivated by providing excellent service. Prior experience with coffee machines is not required – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Are self-motivated and take responsibility for your work.
• Have practical skills and a technical interest.
• Enjoy freedom with responsibility and plan your workday in a structured manner.
• Hold a manual B-driver's license.
• Are engaged and keen to always leave a good impression on the customer.
