About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Support and coach dealers with advanced diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Provide recommendations for further troubleshooting.
• Communicate directly with the customer's development team.
• Daily follow-up on current cases.
• Report product deviations to the customer.
• Continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a mechanic, senior technician, or master technician is required.
• Experience with advanced troubleshooting is required.
• Experience with electric vehicles is an advantage.
• Good understanding of diagnostic systems and software.
• Solid experience from an authorized brand workshop.
• Good knowledge of IT, electronics, and troubleshooting.
• Engaged and analytical problem solver.
• Communicative and service-oriented.
• Fluent in Swedish and English. Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus.

Workplace and Scope:

The position is located in pleasant premises in Gothenburg. These are full-time positions, and the start date is by agreement.

We offer a monthly salary in the range of 38,000–42,000 SEK for this position. Salary setting is in accordance with our salary policy and is based on education, competence, qualifications, and experience.
