Are you a handy problem solver who enjoys tinkering, troubleshooting, and getting things working again? Do you have experience with vehicles, construction machinery, or industry, or are you already working as a field or maintenance technician? This is a perfect fit for Wirtgen, and we are now looking to expand our team of dedicated service technicians. We are therefore seeking a service technician for Gothenburg/Western Sweden, where you will be based from home and work out at our customers' sites.

For our operations in Western Sweden, we are now looking for a service technician who wants to become part of an established and cohesive team. Here you get the freedom of field work while always having colleagues nearby for support, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. You drive a fully equipped service vehicle and have great freedom in your daily routine, while always having a competent team and an engaged manager backing you up.

Your Responsibilities

As a service technician, you work with the service, repair, and troubleshooting of our machines, with a focus on: Asphalt pavers from VÖGELE, Cold planers/milling machines from Wirtgen, and Rollers from HAMM.

You will primarily:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and service machines at customer sites.
• Handle warranty cases, upgrades, and commissioning.
• Document completed work via app/computer.
• Maintain daily customer contact and build long-term relationships.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

You have:

• Experience working with construction machinery, industry, or similar fields.
• Good technical understanding in areas such as electricity, hydraulics, or mechanics.
• Alternatively, experience as a field/maintenance technician in another sector.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).

• Geography: Western Sweden (Gothenburg and surrounding areas).
