Vapes.se is looking for a service-oriented and responsible shop assistant for our store on Drottninggatan in central Gothenburg.

As a shop assistant, you work in direct contact with our customers and help them find products that suit their needs. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring the store is welcoming, well-stocked, and runs smoothly throughout the workday.

The role involves both independent work and teamwork. Therefore, you need to feel confident in occasionally managing the store on your own. Working evenings and weekends is a natural part of the position.

Your responsibilities

• Sales and personal customer service
• Product guidance for adult customers
• Age verification according to company procedures
• Handling cash registers
• Opening and closing the store
• Restocking and fronting products
• Receiving and checking deliveries
• Internal orders and inventory management
• Cleaning and ongoing maintenance of the store premises
• Ensuring company procedures and guidelines are followed

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and always strives to provide professional and friendly service. You are responsible, detail-oriented, and quick to identify what needs to be done.

You thrive working both independently and with others, take initiative, and contribute to a positive work environment.

We would like you to:

• Have previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Be comfortable working independently
• Be attentive and clear in your communication with customers
• Be able to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Be available to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Have good computer skills and be quick to learn new systems
• Be at least 18 years old

An interest in e-cigarettes and related products is advantageous, but prior product knowledge is not required. You will receive training and introduction to our range, our procedures, and the regulations governing the business.

• Salary: Fixed monthly salary according to agreement
