Job Description

Do you want to work with customer contact, administration, and marketing in the real estate industry? Do you want to handle the entire rental process – from advertisement to contract? Then this might be the right job for you! As a Rental Manager, you work with the rental of residential properties and also support the rental of commercial premises. You play a key role in contacting prospective tenants and are responsible for ensuring that the rental process is experienced as smooth, clear, and professional. The role involves many contact points with tenants, suppliers, and contractors, as well as close collaboration with the company's other employees.

Your Responsibilities

• Publish and manage residential advertisements in channels such as HomeQ, Web, and social media
• Receive and follow up on expressions of interest
• Conduct initial screening of applicants according to given guidelines
• Plan and coordinate viewings, and conduct viewings as needed
• Sign rental agreements and update information in the property system
• Act as the contact person for prospective tenants during the rental process
• Support with simpler administration and customer cases related to renting

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at the beginning of their career or has a few years of experience in service, administration, or customer contact
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping things organized
• Enjoys working with people and providing good service
• Enjoys working in an environment where you contribute to developing the company
• Is driven and takes initiative
• Has an interest in marketing and social media
• Is communicative and expresses yourself well in speech and writing
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious (but not required):

• Experience in rental or the real estate industry
• Experience with HomeQ, Real, customer systems, or administrative systems
