Assistant Store Manager for Swedish Match Store in Strömstad

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the store manager's right hand and an important part of the daily operations. You lead the team on the floor, create structure in daily life, and ensure that every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience.

You are operational, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you get to combine service, sales, and leadership. When the store manager is not on site, you are responsible for the daily operations and help the team maintain a high standard in everything from customer interaction to store display and routines.

• Have experience from retail or service
• Previously held some form of supervisory role
• Have a good understanding of the store's operational flows
• Are confident in taking responsibility and making decisions
• Are motivated by sales, service, and people
• Have a structured way of working and like order and tidiness
• Thrive in a high pace and like working close to the operations
