In total, Biltema markets more than 19,000 articles. Our vision is to make it economically easier for people to own a car, boat, home, tools, and high-quality leisure items, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently has a total of 172 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 64 are located in Sweden. Biltema is a strong brand undergoing exciting expansion, with plans to open around 50 new stores in the Nordic countries in the coming years.

About the role

As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of the customer's experience in the store. Your workday consists of varied tasks and departments, all characterized by a customer focus and high service level. This means, among other things, that you play a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and fronted.

Regardless of where you are in the store, you are attentive to our customers – whether you are restocking goods, working at the checkout, assisting in customer service, or serving them in the café. In your interaction with customers, you are happy to share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no two days are alike. Here, we gladly take on tasks and challenges that may arise by trying to find simple solutions.

We are now looking for two new colleagues. The positions are permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. The weekly working hours are 15–20 hours.

About you

Customer time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to listen, understand, and read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for you who is a dedicated service-oriented person with the customer in focus. You enjoy a high work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take action, see what needs to be done, and want order and tidiness around you. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability as you, among other things, must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, preferably in store work with cash register duties or alternatively in the restaurant industry. To quickly get into the role, we appreciate a burning interest in our range and our product areas.
