Eccera has 300 employees and offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Linköping. We are a member of Almega Kompetensföretagen and follow their collective agreement with Unionen.

We are now strengthening our infrastructure team with a network technician who wants to work both strategically and operationally with our customers' network and security solutions.

You are based in Gothenburg and work primarily with customers on the west coast and in Norway. The role involves both projects, change work, and ongoing technical responsibility in existing environments.

Your responsibilities

As a network technician with us, you are involved throughout the entire lifecycle – from startup and design to implementation, changes, and management. This is a role for you who wants to work hands-on, not just draw solutions.

You will among other things:

• Design and dimension network solutions
• Configure and implement switches, routers, and firewalls
• Carry out changes in existing operating environments
• Work with troubleshooting and incident handling when needed
• Ensure stable and secure operation for the customer
• Participate in technical dialogues and advisory

The role is technically operational – you work close to the solution and take responsibility for it working in practice.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have about 3–5 years of experience in networking and feel secure in both change work and operating environments. You are technically engaged, take responsibility for your deliveries, and thrive in a role where you get to combine problem-solving with customer contact. You are flexible and organized, like to plan your work, and work structured even during periods with several parallel tasks.

You have experience with:

• Routing & switching (VLAN, OSPF, BGP, or similar)
• Firewalls and network security
• LAN, WAN, and VPN
• Configuration and implementation in production environment
• Troubleshooting and incident handling

It is an advantage if you have certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP) or experience from consulting activities.

A B driver's license is an advantage as travel to customers occurs.
