Are you an experienced Service Owner with a passion for business development, digital services, and commercial strategy? We are looking for a senior consultant to drive the development of innovative service offerings and support the commercialization of connected services in a global environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution while working closely with international stakeholders.

As a Senior Service Owner, you will:

• Lead the development of scalable service contract concepts
• Conduct market analysis and develop business cases
• Define commercial models and pricing strategies
• Develop and improve monitoring processes for connected products
• Drive go-to-market activities and commercialization of digital services
• Create sales enablement and marketing material
• Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and international teams
• Drive continuous improvements and support successful market adoption

• 10+ years of experience within Service Management, Business Development, or a similar field
• Strong experience in business development and strategic planning
• Proven experience developing business plans and business cases
• Experience with Service Contract Management and Service Lifecycle Management
• Experience with Digital Services and/or IoT solutions
• Experience with go-to-market strategies and commercialization
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience within aftermarket/service business
• Experience working with dealer or partner networks
• Change management experience
