As an IT Support Technician at Hogia, you will become part of our dedicated team ensuring that our colleagues have a well-functioning IT environment. We support employees across all 30 companies within Hogia, helping them whether they work in the office, from home, or are traveling. This may involve providing support for computers, mobile phones, conference equipment, and software, as well as guiding users through technical solutions in a pedagogical and service-oriented manner.

We place great emphasis on security and sustainability and always aim to stay ahead. Therefore, you will also be involved in improvement initiatives – for example, within IT security and self-service solutions. We work with a modern IT environment based on Microsoft products, and we are always at the forefront when it comes to implementing the latest versions.

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A service-oriented and engaged approach – you enjoy working in a team and are happy to share your knowledge.

• Experience in IT support or relevant IT education; experience with Active Directory and user administration is a plus.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft products, such as Windows, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint, is essential, and experience with Mac environments is a plus.

• A solution-oriented attitude and a structured way of working – you like finding answers and helping others move forward.

• The ability to communicate pedagogically and adapt your message to different types of users.

• A strong interest in new technology and actively follow developments in the industry.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
