InfoGuard Group develops advanced solutions within digital identity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Zero Trust.

The group consists of, among others:

• WizePass – a modern platform for digital identity, authentication, and electronic identification.
• MobilityGuard – developer of OneGate, a market-leading platform for Zero Trust, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and secure access.

We are now looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer who will primarily work with our WizePass Engineering Team, but also contribute to the development and technical platform of OneGate.

This is a key role for you who want to combine software development, Linux, DevOps, cloud technology, and technical customer dialogue in an innovative company with international customers.

About the role

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will become part of our Engineering organization and work closely with our system developers throughout the entire product lifecycle – from development and testing to delivery, operations, and further development.

You will contribute to the development of our products while being responsible for ensuring our technical platforms function efficiently and that customers and partners receive qualified technical assistance when complex issues arise.

You will play a central role in translating technical requirements into sustainable solutions and act as the link between development, technology, and the customer.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of WizePass and OneGate together with our system developers.
• Develop internal tools, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Build, configure, and maintain development, test, and production environments.
• Work with AWS, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and testing of new features.
• Participate in technical deliveries, installations, and upgrades for customers and partners.
• Be responsible for our Linux, container, and cloud platforms.
• Manage incoming technical cases and ensure quick and professional feedback.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive them to resolution in close collaboration with the development team.
• Contribute to improved documentation, knowledge bases, and internal processes.
• Participate in the development of our DevOps processes, CI/CD flows, and automated deployment solutions.

We are looking for someone who has

Requirements

• At least five years of documented work experience with Linux.
• Very good knowledge of:
• AWS
• OpenStack
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Terraform
• Ansible
• Python
• Bash
• Experience with automation, container platforms, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Good programming skills and a strong interest in software development.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
• A structured work approach and good collaboration skills.

Merits

• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Spanish.
• Experience with development in Java or Rust.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab as well as CI/CD.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other databases.
• Experience with PKI, certificate management, and Linux Security Hardening.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, or Active Directory.
• Experience with technical deliveries and implementations for enterprise customers.
• Experience with incident management, IT Service Management, or ITIL Foundation.
• Experience working with cybersecurity, IAM, or authentication solutions.
