At Hogia HR Systems, we build HR and payroll systems used daily by thousands of companies. These are complex products with high quality requirements, but also great opportunities to improve, simplify, and innovate.

We are now looking for you who have a special passion for frontend development, but also enjoy understanding the entire solution.

We are a team of about 30 developers working according to the FaST methodology. This means the teams organize themselves based on what needs to be built. This gives you a varied daily routine where you get to work with different people, solve new challenges, and gradually get to know the entire product.

We believe that everyone can contribute good ideas, and at our company, everyone is expected to participate and influence both the technology and how we work.

AI is a natural part of our daily lives. We test new tools, explore AI agents and new development flows, and are curious about how AI can help us build better products and become even better developers.

In addition to our daily work, we have various forums where developers from across Hogia meet to discuss everything from frontend and architecture to AI and new technologies. These forums exist to share experiences, highlight challenges and questions, but also provide an opportunity to influence our technical direction.

• have a few years of experience in system development and enjoy building modern user interfaces.

• are comfortable communicating in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as our teams, customers, and corporate language are Swedish.
• have tested AI in development, built agentic solutions, or are the one who always wants to explore the next technological leap.
