We at the Procurement and Procurement Administration are expanding our work within information security and are therefore looking for another Development Manager in Information Security. In this role, you will contribute to further developing and coordinating the administration's information security work.

About the job

As a Development Manager in Information Security, you will contribute to building and supporting the administration's work with systematic information security. You will belong to the Office and Digitalization unit and work closely with a colleague in the same role, as well as collaborate with others in the unit and the administration.

Your tasks include, for example:

• Developing, further developing, and maintaining governing documents, guidelines, and working methods within information security.
• Supporting managers and employees in risk analysis and information classification.
• Developing the administration's data protection work by supporting the secure handling of personal data.
• Supporting issues related to requirement setting, secure information management, and compliance with laws and internal regulations.
• Driving and participating in development projects and business initiatives where information security requirements need to be identified, integrated, and followed up.
• Monitoring and developing the systematic information security work within the administration.
• Planning and implementing educational and information initiatives to strengthen knowledge and awareness of information security in the administration.

The information security work within the administration is under development, which means that the content of the assignment, division of responsibilities, and priorities may develop over time.

About you

We are looking for you who have a relevant post-secondary education, for example, a university college or university degree in information security, IT security, systems science, archival and information science, public administration, or a similar field. You have experience working with information security and have good knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Cyber Security Act, and information security in general. If you have previously worked with similar issues within public operations, we consider it meritorious.

For the role, it is required that you can communicate complex issues and contexts in a simple way and have good ability to collaborate with others. You need to be able to switch between a comprehensive analytical perspective and a detailed level. You are solution-focused and work effectively and result-oriented. It is also required that you are careful and responsible and manage your work in a structured and organized manner.
