We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, for a part-time IT Administrator position in Linköping. This role is ideal for students pursuing post-secondary education in IT, systematics, or a related field who wish to gain valuable work experience alongside their studies. You will become part of a dedicated team, supporting daily IT operations and having the opportunity to develop your technical skills in a practical work environment. Responsibilities The tasks may vary, but include among others:

• Providing support to users with basic IT-related questions
• Installing and configuring computers, phones, and other IT equipment
• Managing user accounts and permissions
• Administering IT equipment and inventory
• Documenting routines and technical solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues
• Supporting the IT department with ongoing administrative tasks

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying a post-secondary education in IT, systematics, or similar
• Has a strong interest in technology and IT
• Is computer literate with basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and communicative
• Is detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working both independently and in a team

Previous work experience is not required – we place great emphasis on your willingness to learn, your engagement, and your interest in IT. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from IT support or technical service
• Knowledge of networks, Active Directory, or Entra ID
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and other administrative IT systems
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
