About the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now looking for more employees. Our most important goal is to reduce recidivism – to break the vicious cycle. If we succeed, society will become safer and more secure for everyone. We are the agency responsible for prisons, probation, remand prisons, and client transport.
The Section for Information Management and Development is responsible for management and development within the area of information management. Our tasks include, among other things, producing governing documents, providing advice, and supporting organizational changes, changes in working methods and documentation, as well as the introduction or development of IT support with our competence. The group also includes functions responsible for the agency's process mapping and functions related to the management of collaboration spaces, case handling systems, and archive systems.
Job Description
As a specialist, you have a supporting role for the operations in its use of collaboration spaces. You provide user support, manage permissions, and participate in the creation of support and training materials for users. You also work with the management and maintenance of existing solutions in our collaboration spaces. The role also involves capturing improvement suggestions and needs from the operations. Together with others in the section, you participate in needs assessments and provide suggestions for improvements and changed functionality. You will work closely with additional specialists and others in the administration object. The Swedish Prison and Probation Service works with administration management inspired by PM3. In addition to work with collaboration spaces, tasks related to tools other than SharePoint may be included, as well as work in various assignments and projects related to information management.

We are looking for you who have:
- Approved upper secondary education
- Experience as an operations specialist or equivalent for collaboration spaces in a SharePoint solution
- Experience in providing user support
- Very good knowledge of Office programs
- Very good knowledge of collaboration spaces in a SharePoint solution
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
The following are also meritorious:
- Training as a SharePoint editor/administrator
- Experience in collecting, evaluating, and documenting needs from operations
- Experience in creating material for and conducting training for users of digital systems
- Experience in writing instructions/manuals or equivalent
