Charma is a rapidly growing GiftTech company based in Linköping. We build tech-driven gifting experiences for businesses and private individuals, focusing on smart workflows, strong user experience, and modern product development.

We are now looking for a new developer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to grow quickly alongside an experienced and technically strong team. We are looking for you who already have a strong interest in programming, enjoy building your own projects, testing new technologies, and developing as a developer.

Your Role

You will become part of our development team and work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders. At Charma, you will help build new features, improve existing solutions, and influence technical decisions early on. As a developer here, you will work across our B2B services (including Charma and Apprecio), our consumer products (including Swippy), and our internal tools.

The role is broad and suits you if you enjoy working across frontend, backend, and product development.

Among other things, you will:

• Build features in our Next.js applications
• Work with TypeScript, React, and modern web flows
• Develop APIs and integrations using Hasura and GraphQL
• Contribute to our mobile app and internal dashboards
• Work on AI-related features and smart automation
• Contribute to discussions regarding performance and developer experience (DX)

Here, you will work closely with experienced developers, learn a lot, and gradually take on more responsibility. We believe in giving people trust early on.

About You

We believe you have recently graduated – or are graduating this summer – with a degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or IT, or from a university program with a clear programming focus.

Above all, we believe you love building things. You may have been programming since you were younger, built personal projects in your free time, or are the type who always tests new technologies and AI tools first. You are curious, enjoy problem-solving, and want to become truly excellent at development.

We believe you:

• Have a genuine interest in programming and technology
• Are driven and enjoy learning new things
• Thrive in a team where people help each other and build together
• Take initiative and want to develop quickly
• Speak and write Swedish fluently

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience with React, TypeScript, or Node.js
• Built your own projects or apps
• Experience with Linux, Docker, or other DevOps work from personal projects or studies
• An interest in AI and modern product development
