Your responsibilities

In the role of Team Leader, you are responsible for participants within labour market measures. Your main tasks include individual and group supervision. You will conduct continuous follow-up meetings and motivate and guide participants daily in their work. You will also collaborate with other actors within the municipality to work together with the individual and support their development.

As a Team Leader in the Intro Team, you are one of several team leaders that participants first encounter when starting their work-like activity in a labour market measure. On the Intro Team, we offer our participants and OSA employees work-like activities consisting of NTA (Nature, Technology for All), where you, as a Team Leader, provide supervision and ensure delivery to the customer. The target group often has a great need for supervision, for example, individuals with challenges in the Swedish language and/or neuropsychiatric functional variations who need more time for introduction.

In the operations, you alternate between theory and practice to promote progression towards work or studies. You will also collaborate closely with other professions within the administration, such as occupational therapists. As a Team Leader, the role also involves invoicing, documentation, and follow-up meetings with collaboration partners.

Your workplace

The Integration and Labour Market Administration has approximately 350 employees on the Working Life and Livelihood (ALF) division and the Labour Market Measures (AMI) division. Our main task is to work on the development of participants/employees in labour market measures. The ultimate goal for them is to move on to studies and/or work, with or without support, on the regular labour market.

At the Production Unit, there are several operations targeting individuals in labour market measures. We are now looking for a Team Leader for the Intro Team.

The workplace is located at Dvärggatan 4 in Tornby. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours agreements. You will be based at the premises in Tornby.

You who apply

We are looking for you who have a completed upper secondary education. It is meritorious if you have a University College degree or vocational higher education in pedagogy, social work, behavioural science, or alternatively, work experience that the employer deems equivalent.

You need to have previous experience in supervising and guiding people in need of extra support, as well as experience in pedagogical work or similar work deemed equivalent by the employer. Experience with MI (Reception Measure) and/or low-affective handling is considered meritorious. Experience working with a diversity of people and documenting others' progression is also seen as meritorious.

Since the work involves internal and external contacts as well as documentation, we require good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Good computer skills are required as documentation is a large part of the job. The work involves moving around within Linköping Municipality, which means a B-driving license is required.
