RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Project Manager for the implementation of a new economic system.

Six municipalities are now joining forces in a joint effort to implement a new economic system. This is a comprehensive and exciting initiative designed to create better prerequisites for future economic processes, increased collaboration, and more efficient support for operations.

To lead this work, we are now seeking a Project Manager who wants to drive the change from planning to execution.

As Project Manager, you will play a central role in a collaborative project where several municipalities work towards a common goal. You will coordinate activities, create structure, lead working groups, and serve as a key link between operations, finance, IT, and the system vendor.

We are looking for you who have experience in project management, strong relationship-building skills, and an interest in operational development. Experience with system implementations, change management, or economic processes is meritorious.

Main responsibilities include:

• Leading the project for 6 municipalities in collaboration.
• Ensuring that economic and time frameworks are followed.
• Ensuring that all aspects of the projects are handled with balance and result in high quality.
• Driving the project to completion according to agreed scope, time, quality, and functionality.
• Creating structure in planning and follow-up, making it easy for the team and stakeholders to know what is current.
• Leading the project group's work through clear division of labor and follow-up, without personnel responsibility.
• Ensuring a secure dialogue with all involved parties, clarifying expectations, boundaries, and decisions.
• Collaborating closely with the participating municipalities.
• Reporting status and follow-up to the steering group.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are structured and have a clear process-oriented mindset with a strong interest in operations, business processes, and flows.
• Are excellent communicators and have an easy time building trust and adapting to your audience, as you will work with many stakeholders.
• Have experience from IT/Economic projects.
• Have a relevant academic background.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer, start: approx. October 2026, end: 2028-06-30.
