System Coordinator for Functional Support, Ängelholm Municipality

At Ängelholm Municipality, you will have a central role where you combine system administration, operational support, and quality development.

About the role

As a System Coordinator, you work based on the needs of the operations and ensure that our systems function efficiently and are up to date. You are a key support function for our operations within Functional Support and contribute to creating good conditions for employees to work independently and with high quality.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the administration, structure, and updating of the operation's systems
  • Act as the main administrator (HAD) in several systems
  • Manage permissions and set up new staff
  • Support cases within TimeCare support together with other system managers
  • Participate in the implementation of new systems
  • Create and update cheat sheets, checklists, and routines
  • Conduct internal training
  • Order and configure phones and ensure that the correct apps are installed

You will work with the following systems, among others:

TimeCare MA, TimeCare Pool, Life Care provider, Mina planer, Personec self-service, Phoniro, Procapita, Sensio, Competence Portal, Appva, and AiAi.

You actively contribute to the development of the operation by:

  • Supporting employees with system-related questions
  • Identifying development needs and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with colleagues, unit managers, and system administrators
  • Ensuring that work follows current steering documents
  • Monitoring the external environment and spreading knowledge

The assignment also includes:

  • Registering users and staff in AiAi
  • Collaborating with external actors, such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency
  • Handling notification forms
  • Administering time reporting, corrections, and signatures
  • Sending invoices to users, guardians, or administrators

The work may also include other tasks occurring within the operation. The content of the work may change over time based on the operation's needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has good administrative and structural skills
  • Has an interest in digital systems and operational development
  • Is pedagogical and enjoys training and supporting others
  • Has good collaboration skills and works independently
  • Experience working in municipal operations is an advantage, and great importance will be placed on personal suitability in relation to the requirements of the assignment.

We would appreciate if you have:

Post-secondary education in administration, IT, or other education that the employer deems relevant.

The position is subject to the condition that it does not need to be filled by internal relocation, according to current regulations.
