Do you want to lead a comprehensive change journey in an international organization? We are now looking for a Senior Agile Coach with experience in transformation leadership, executive coaching, and organizational development for an exciting consulting assignment in a global operation.

About the Assignment

As a Transformational Advisor & Executive Coach, you will support leadership, teams, and the organization through an ongoing change and development journey. You will play a key role in creating conditions for increased efficiency, stronger collaboration, and sustainable ways of working.

The assignment begins with a six-month period, with the possibility of extension depending on the business's needs and achieved results.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Provide strategic advice on transformation and change leadership.
• Coach leaders and management teams in development and change work.
• Support team development and strengthen the organization's collaboration capabilities.
• Work on leadership alignment and change communication.
• Identify value streams, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and development initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and organizational structure.
• Support the business in achieving its strategic goals through coaching and change support.

We are looking for someone who has

• Senior experience as an Agile Coach, Transformation Leader, or Executive Coach.
• Documented experience of organizational change in large and complex operations.
• Strong competence in leadership development and coaching of managers and management teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops and change initiatives at a strategic level.
• Ability to analyze organizations, identify obstacles, and translate insights into concrete actions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in international environments.

Assignment Details

• Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Duration: August 3, 2026 - January 31, 2027
• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Location: Malmö with regular travel to the company's various European offices as needed
• Working Hours: Flexible
