Quality and Business Development Manager at GotlandsBuss AB

We are now looking for a Quality and Business Development Manager who wants to take a key role in our continued development work.

You will be part of the company's management group and work closely with the CEO and other managers. This position suits you if you enjoy combining structure, analysis, and development with close collaboration with people.

About GotlandsBuss

GotlandsBuss is Gotland's largest bus company, with 72 modern buses and approximately 140 dedicated employees.

We operate:

• Scheduled traffic
• School transport
• Contracted transport
• Bus travel, primarily within Sweden

We also have our own modern workshop where we service and maintain our entire vehicle fleet.

We are ISO-certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, which permeates all our work with quality, environment, and continuous improvements.

About the position

As a Quality and Business Development Manager, you will have a central role in our operations.

Your mission is to ensure that GotlandsBuss continues to deliver high quality to our passengers and clients while driving the company's development forward.

You are responsible for ensuring we meet:

• our quality goals
• our transport agreements
• current legislation
• the company's internal routines
• ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

You will work both strategically and operationally with analyses, follow-ups, and improvement work together with management and employees.

The position also includes the tasks described in the job description, including quality follow-up, ISO work, deviation management, regulatory compliance, reporting, and operational support.

Your main responsibilities

You will, among other things, work with:

• developing and following up on the company's quality work
• driving improvement work throughout the organization
• analyzing business results and key figures
• following up on transport agreements and quality requirements
• being responsible for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• planning and participating in internal and external audits
• handling and following up on deviations, incidents, and complaints
• following up on driving and rest times
• producing decision support materials and reports for the CEO and management group
• collaborating with traffic control, workshop, customer service, and other operations
• developing routines and working methods that make GotlandsBuss even better

Qualifications that would be an advantage

We would appreciate it if you have:

• relevant university education or other training that GotlandsBuss assesses as equivalent
• alternatively, several years of experience from similar tasks
• experience in quality work, business development, or process development
• good administrative skills
• good computer skills
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing

• ISO 9001
• ISO 14001
• KAMS work (Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environment, Security)
• the bus industry or other transport operations
• traffic control
• BPL or other traffic control systems
• IDHA or other systems for monitoring driving and rest times
• payroll administration
• staff planning
• personnel administration
• labor law personnel matters
