Job Responsibilities

As a Bathhouse Manager at Nordpoolen, you have a varied role and are an important part of the operations. You meet visitors of all ages, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to creating a welcoming and positive experience for our guests. The role involves active participation in daily operations while also having responsibility for planning, coordination, and development within certain areas of operations.

Your main responsibilities:

Lifeguarding, facility operation, and customer service
Schedule planning and coordination of daily operations
Plan, coordinate, conduct, and develop swimming instruction and swimming school activities
Introduce, mentor, and support new employees
Coordinate and participate in training initiatives such as CPR and lifesaving
Contribute to operational development and improvement work
Work with routines, quality controls, and administrative tasks

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

Bathhouse Manager certification or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer
At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field
A valid Golden Buoy certificate issued within the last six months
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
Good collaboration skills and a clear, communicative working style

Merits include:

CPR and lifesaving training
Experience with swimming instruction and swimming school activities
Experience with cleaning/maintenance
Experience in leadership, mentoring, or coordination
Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft 365
