About the assignmentFuture People is seeking a Property Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients within vital infrastructure.
Note: The assignment is performed as a consultant via Future People. It is not possible to participate as a sub-consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Management of infrastructure for bus depots and terminals, such as fuel facilities, land, ramps, gates, fences, and lease agreements.
- Follow-up and development of agreements with maintenance suppliers and transport operators for operational services.
- Responsibility for part of the budget and operational planning within the management area.
- Order and participate in operational projects that affect the managed properties.
- Initiate technology and property-related investments, including preparing project orders, implementation decisions, and investment calculations.
- Act as the owner's representative towards all stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators within the management area.
- Identify improvement and development opportunities and drive active continuous improvement work.
- Contribute to a professional work climate focused on good collaboration and customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments and functions.
- Participate in tenders for maintenance contracts.
Requirements
To be considered for the assignment, all of the following requirements must be met:
- At least a high school education.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing and monitoring commercial or construction contracts.
- At least 5 years of experience in analyzing contract management and placing it in context.
A security clearance will be conducted prior to employment for this position, in accordance with current regulations.
Merits:
- Degree from University College or University/University with a focus on construction/civil engineering/property management.
- At least 5 years of experience in economic and result responsibility in a client (public) or supplier organization.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a supplier organization.
