Project Manager for Steel and Industrial Projects

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Project Manager who wants to take full responsibility, from the initial calculation to the completed project.

This is an opportunity to become part of an established industrial company with extensive experience in steel and industrial projects. The company works with everything from steel structures and industrial services to assembly and custom-made solutions for some of Sweden's leading industrial companies.

About the role

You will become a key person in an established industrial company working with projects within steel, industry, and contracting.

You are responsible for ensuring that projects are executed with the right quality, on time, and with good profitability. The role involves great freedom under responsibility, where you have the mandate to make decisions and drive the business forward.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Calculate projects and prepare quotations.
• Drive projects from start to finish.
• Plan personnel, materials, and resources.
• Ensure quality, working environment, and deliveries.
• Responsible for project economics and profitability.
• Follow up on ETA (Execution, Time, and Cost) work and create the right conditions for good margins.
• Act as the customer's natural contact person throughout the project.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's continued development.

Who are you?

You likely have experience working in the construction, steel, or industrial sectors and feel confident reading drawings, calculating works, and leading projects.

Perhaps you are already a Project Manager, Foreman, or Site Manager and are used to calculating business deals?

For us, the title is not the most important thing. We place greater emphasis on who you are rather than exactly how many years you have worked.
