We are now looking for personal assistants for a teenage girl living in Skellefteå.

We are seeking two assistants and have two positions available, each at 75-80%.

Position one is scheduled during the night and is primarily of a supervisory nature, as the girl requires active supervision around the clock.

Position two is scheduled during daytime hours and focuses more on going out for activities and daily routines.

Weekend work is included in both positions.

The Assignment:

Our client is a teenage girl with significant care and support needs. As an assistant, you will help with everything from hygiene, transfers, and communication to ensuring the client has a meaningful daily life. The work is carried out both independently and with a colleague, as the client requires double assistance (two assistants present).

The client has 24-hour assistance, and the night work is primarily supervisory as the client uses CPAP and may experience seizures.

The Candidate:

You should be a service-oriented and caring woman. You must be responsible, proactive, and skilled at building and maintaining relationships.

Previous experience in healthcare or other relevant background is meritorious, given the client's high care needs.

A driver's license and access to a car are mandatory, as the client spends every other week in a town just outside Skellefteå.

The position starts at the end of August, but onboarding and start-up will take place upon agreement.
