POSITION: 80%

The position consists of 2–3 fixed weekday shifts per week from 07:00–16:00, combined with occasional evening shifts and a couple of weekends according to a rolling four-week schedule. Each work shift is approximately 8–9 hours long.

We are a stable and pleasant staff group striving to maintain a solid core staffing level. Being reliable and taking responsibility for your scheduled shifts creates security for the entire work group. Here, you can feel secure knowing you are not expected to be on call all the time. For those who wish and want to work more, there is obviously the opportunity to take extra shifts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Non-smoker
• Driver's license & access to a car
• Fluent Swedish in speech & writing
• No pet allergies (cats live in the home)

• Hourly wage according to agreement, minimum 150 SEK/h* + vacation pay & shift allowance

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

This autumn, I will start middle school, and then I need more assistants for my team. On weekdays, you will join me at school and in after-school care. Otherwise, your workplace is where I am, and we will spend a lot of time at home with the family. We enjoy cozying up on the sofa and sometimes going on outings and activities.

Medication management and tube feeding via pump are part of the routine. No previous experience is required – the most important thing is that you are curious and want to get to know me. We will teach you everything we can!

I have a lot of energy, and it is important that you can keep up with my pace. Are you strong and agile? I can climb quite high, but also expect some lifting and floor play. You who apply for the position should be attentive, responsible, patient, and have quick reflexes to prevent dangerous situations.

Do you like order and working together towards goals? My team always does their best to ensure I am well!

I live with my mom, dad, and older sister in Anumark, 10 km north of central Umeå. A car and driver's license are required to get to work."
