We are now looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for a lovely young woman in her early 20s.

Your Role

You will work with a cheerful and social young woman who enjoys finding fun activities – everything from going downtown, singing, and playing games to swimming and going to the cinema. She lives at home with her family, which means you will be working in multiple people's homes. It is important that you respect others' privacy and can maintain a professional attitude towards the whole family's daily life.

About the Role

As a personal assistant, you provide support in the parts of daily life where disability sets limits. This includes, among other things, help with transfers, personal hygiene, and meals. You will also accompany her to day activities Monday through Friday and participate in activities that create quality of life and joy in everyday life.

About the Position

This is a substitute position with the possibility of being offered a smaller permanent schedule, with shifts scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends.

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible and confident in your role
• Takes initiative and can adapt to different situations
• Has a playful manner and thrives in an environment where laughter and activity are a natural part of the day
• Is a non-smoker
• Feels comfortable in a swimming pool

Experience working as a personal assistant or within healthcare/care is meritorious. Personal suitability is of great importance.
