We are now looking for an engaged and structured medical secretary for our psychiatric outpatient clinic in Ludvika. You are welcome to become part of our wonderful team.

As a medical secretary, you will be offered stimulating and varied work. In addition to writing medical records, the role includes handling patient administration, such as doctor appointments, referral management, and other relevant administrative tasks. You will also serve as a support to the rest of the staff.

Requirements:

• Medical Secretary Program (120 credits)
• Care and Administration Program (180 credits)
• 1-year post-secondary education in healthcare documentation
• Vocational Higher Education (YH) program, 400 credits

Merits:

• Previous experience in psychiatric operations and work within adult psychiatric outpatient care.
