About the job

The Road and Rail Division, Section Rule Information, is looking for a case handler for varied tasks within rule information.

The section handles exceptions and appeals within the vehicle sector, provides expert support internally and externally, and informs citizens and businesses about regulations within the road and rail sectors.

We are currently facing a large backlog of cases within the vehicle regulation area that need to be handled, and we are looking for you who can work part-time for a limited period.

You will

  • Work with cases regarding vehicle regulations from citizens and businesses in our case management system.

You must have

  • completed upper secondary education with a passing final grade
  • current experience from working in the public sector with rule-making, preferably within the vehicle sector
  • current experience of case handling in a case management system, e.g., W3D3
  • experience of working in a support function, such as customer service or reception
  • good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you also have

  • interest in the regulatory framework within the road sector
  • experience working in the case management system W3D3 ÄHS2
  • experience working within the vehicle sector.

More information

The employment is fixed-term (temporary) part-time until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Location in Borlänge. Appointment by agreement. We normally apply a probationary period. An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security investigation with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our security-classed tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
