Responsibilities

As a Car Rental Agent, your main responsibilities will be to assist customers who wish to rent a car with us, including both corporate and private clients. This includes receiving, confirming, and preparing car rental bookings via phone, email, and in person at the counter. Additionally, you will be responsible for picking up, washing, and delivering cars, ensuring that vehicles are available for customers at the right time and place.

You will also handle the administration and practical tasks required to ensure that returned cars are inspected and prepared as quickly as possible for the next rental.

The position is located at our rental offices in the Northern Region, based in Luleå.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who thrives in an international environment with many contacts, both internally and externally. One of your key traits is the desire to deliver high-quality service, along with a professional attitude towards your work. The role requires you to be self-motivated, proactive, and unpretentious.

You must be able to communicate well in both Swedish and English, in writing and verbally, and be proficient in using the Office suite. A valid Class B driver's license is required, and experience with business systems is a plus.

• Driver's License: Class B (required)
• Duration: Full-time with a 6-month probationary period
• Salary: Fixed monthly salary + on-call compensation
