Do you want to spend the winter in one of Sweden's most fantastic winter environments?

At First Camp Arcus – Luleå, you have the opportunity to work with international guests and create unforgettable experiences.

We are now looking for several dedicated activity guides for the winter season, November 2026 – March/April 2027. During the winter, we welcome guests from all over the world who want to experience winter through snowmobile tours, ice fishing, the Northern Lights, snowshoeing, and other unique nature experiences.

No two days are alike – one day you guide a snowmobile tour through snow-covered forests, the next day you help guests catch their first fish through the ice or tell stories about life in Swedish Lapland around an open fire.

Your responsibilities

As an activity guide, you are our face to the outside world and are responsible for ensuring our guests have a safe, professional, and memorable experience.

The work involves, among other things:

• Guiding snowmobile tours, ice fishing, and other winter activities.
• Welcome, instruct, and take care of international guests.
• Ensure that safety routines are followed and that the correct equipment is used.
• Tell stories about nature, culture, and life in Swedish Lapland.
• Prepare and check equipment before and after activities.
• Help with the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and activity areas.
• Contribute to creating a warm and personal experience for each guest.

You are:

• Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions.
• A person who is happy to share your knowledge of nature and outdoor life.

We would appreciate if you have

• Category B driver's license (required).
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in guiding, tourism, or service is an advantage.
• Experience with snowmobiling, outdoor life, or winter activities is an advantage.
• Snowmobile license, Category BE driver's license, and/or nature guide training is an advantage.
• Knowledge of French is a big plus.

Employment
