Do you want to be an important part of passengers' safe start to their journey? At Luleå Airport, you will have a varied job where you contribute to creating safety and security for passengers.

What does the role entail?

In the role of Airport Officer within the Passenger Service department, you are offered a varied workday with several different areas of responsibility, such as:

• Working at passenger check-in

• Assisting passengers with special needs to ensure safe movement to and from the aircraft

• Staffing boarding gates where tickets are checked

• Working at the information desk where you help passengers with questions and matters

• Supporting in cleaning and maintenance of the company's premises

We offer an intermittent position (hourly employment) with varying working hours, from early morning (approx. 04:30) to late evening, in some cases until 00:30. Weekend work is also included.

To be eligible for the position, you must be able to travel to and from the airport, even during times when public transport is not running. The position starts with training in week 41 at 100% and this is mandatory.

Who are you? We see that you have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Previous experience in service with a focus on customer interaction

• Ability to travel to the airport, even if public transport is not running

As a person, we see that you are social and service-minded with a natural ability to create positive experiences for people in different situations. You are attentive, humble, and meet others with respect and warmth, while adapting your interaction to each individual's needs. You are also proactive and flexible, willing to take responsibility and find solutions even in new or challenging situations.
