In total, Biltema markets more than 19,000 articles. Our vision is to make it economically easier for people to own cars, boats, homes, tools, and high-quality leisure items, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently has a total of 172 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 64 are located in Sweden. Biltema is a strong brand undergoing exciting expansion, with plans to open around 50 new stores in the Nordic countries in the coming years.

About the role

As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of the customer experience in the store. Your workday consists of varied tasks and departments, all characterized by a customer focus and high service level. This means, among other things, that you play a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and fronted.

Regardless of where you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers – whether you are restocking goods, working at the checkout, assisting in customer service, or serving them in the café. In your interaction with customers, you are happy to share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no day is like another. Here, we gladly take on tasks and challenges that may arise by trying to find simple solutions.

We are recruiting for several positions. We have permanent positions that start with a 6-month probation period, as well as temporary assignments. The weekly working hours are approximately 28–38 hours.

About you

Customer time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to listen, understand, and read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for you who are a dedicated service-oriented person with the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take action, see what needs to be done, and want order and tidiness around you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, preferably in store work with cash register duties or alternatively in the restaurant industry. To quickly get into the role, we appreciate a burning interest in our assortment and product areas.
