Entrance Host at Elite Hotel Frost, Kiruna

Do you want to be the one setting the tone for the evening even before guests step through the doors? Elite Hotel Frost is looking for an entrance host who works every other weekend and is passionate about meeting people with warmth, calm, and presence.

As an entrance host, you are the hotel's first – and perhaps most important – point of contact with the guest. The way you welcome them sets the tone for the entire evening. This is fundamentally a hospitality role: your ability to read the atmosphere and create a sense of security is just as important as the actual entry.

What you will do:

• Receive guests in the entrance with genuine and welcoming hospitality
• Check identification and ensure age restrictions are met
• Monitor entry and occupancy levels to ensure the evening remains pleasant for everyone
• Be sensitive to the atmosphere in the venue and act promptly if adjustments are needed
• Contribute to every guest leaving with a positive feeling, thanks to your judgment and calm demeanor

Working hours: Every other weekend, 20:00–01:30

We believe you:

• Are self-assured, have good social skills, and enjoy interacting with people
• Keep your cool even when the venue is full
• Are service-oriented and love contributing to a good atmosphere
• Speak Swedish and/or English

No previous experience as an entrance host is required – we value personal suitability and genuine hospitality above all else, and will provide you with the training you need to thrive in the role.
