About the Role

As a Truck Mechanic, you will work with the service, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy vehicles, primarily Mercedes-Benz trucks. The work is varied and includes both planned workshop tasks and more urgent cases.

Responsibilities:

• Service and repair of heavy vehicles
• Troubleshooting in mechanical and electrical systems
• Customer-oriented problem solving in the workshop and, if necessary, in the field

Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00. On-call duties may occur in the future.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with vehicle technical education and/or previous experience working with vehicles, preferably heavy vehicles or similar mechanical work. To succeed in this role, we believe you have a good technical understanding and enjoy problem-solving in practical work.

Requirements:

• Vehicle technical education or equivalent work experience
• Category B driver's license
• Previous experience in mechanical work

Experience with heavy vehicles and a Category C driver's license are considered meritorious.

As a person, you are responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded. You work well both independently and as part of a team.

As part of the recruitment process, a background check including an extract from the criminal record register will be conducted.
