Information about the position

ComDaTe is a stable, family-owned technology company that has been delivering smart solutions within fiber optics, networking, IT security, and alarm technology since 1991. They are part of the Nelab Group and work closely with customers throughout Norrbotten. At Comdate, technical expertise is combined with job satisfaction – here, community and quality are always in focus.

As a fiber technician, you will have a varied role where you, together with your colleagues, work with the installation, service, and troubleshooting of fiber and network solutions. You will receive a thorough introduction and close support in your work, giving you good opportunities to develop in the role. You will be based from your home location and work on assignments throughout Norrbotten. The work involves travel and overnight stays away from home. The extent of travel varies.

Responsibilities

• Installation of fiber and network solutions.
• Troubleshooting and simpler problem-solving on-site at the customer.
• Customer contact with both businesses and private individuals.
• Documentation of completed work.
• Collaboration with colleagues to ensure high quality in projects.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.
• Has good social skills and enjoys customer contact.
