Your responsibilities

You will become part of a professional unit where we work together to find the right employees for the city's operations, from engaged educators and skilled managers to technical specialists and urban builders. We are looking for you who have experience in recruitment and want to develop further together with colleagues who do the same thing as you and who are passionate about matching competence and personality to role and operation.

We work according to a competence-based and prejudice-free recruitment method, where you contribute to and support managers in all parts of the recruitment process. Your assignments vary between different roles in all of the city's departments. You function as a consultative support to our customers and ensure that the recruitments maintain high quality, take place on time, and are a positive experience for both managers and candidates. You become part of a knowledgeable and engaged team that collaborates closely, shares experiences, and helps each other in an open-hearted and non-hierarchical way.

Your competence

We are looking for you who have experience in recruitment and thrive in a consultative role with many contact surfaces. You have good structure, can keep several processes together at the same time, and create good relationships with both customers and candidates. To succeed in the role, you are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in people. You are flexible when needed, but also secure and humble in the face of what you are faced with.

You have a post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as HR or behavioral science, as well as professional experience working in a service-oriented operation. It is a plus if you are certified in tools for personality or skill tests.
