Do you want to make everyday life easier, smarter, and more digital for an entire organization? We are now looking for an IT Business Developer who wants to combine business understanding, system support, and digital development in a broad role with many contact points.

About the role

As an IT Business Developer, you work closely with the business operations to develop and improve our digital tools, processes, and ways of working. You support colleagues in their daily work, provide training in tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and our common communication platform, and identify needs to translate them into practical improvements.

You participate in digitalization and business development projects, drive smaller assignments independently, and manage our communication platform, GKL. The role also includes rights administration in various systems, creating procedures and documentation, and collaborating in internal forums and with external suppliers.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in a similar IT-adjacent role, for example within business support, system administration, or rights management. You have a genuine interest in digital tools and processes and thrive in a role where you get to combine technology, structure, and human interaction.

You work carefully and systematically, especially in matters where quality and correct handling are crucial. At the same time, you are pedagogical and enjoy supporting others, keeping information together, and making the complex understandable and useful in everyday life.

We believe you are a person who takes responsibility, drives things forward, and sees opportunities for improvement. You are service-oriented, clear in your communication, and confident in both helping out and setting boundaries when needed. Experience with IT projects, training initiatives, or supplier contacts is meritorious, but we place the greatest emphasis on your experience, personality, and willingness to contribute.
