Your Role

As a Management and CEO Assistant, you are an extension of the board, management, and CEO’s capacity and a key function for creating structure, pace, and quality in both operational and strategic matters. You stay one step ahead, create overview, and ensure progress on what matters most. A central part of the role is driving coordination between different parts of the group and ensuring an efficient flow of information.

In this role, you are responsible for, among other things:

• Preparing meetings and producing clear and relevant decision-making materials
• Contributing to high quality in decision-making through structure, follow-up, and appropriate materials
• Planning, prioritizing, and booking calendars for the Group Board, Group Management, and CEO
• Supporting the CEO in navigating and prioritizing in a high-paced business

You are also responsible for:

• Planning and coordinating events, conferences, and business trips

You drive and develop working methods using digital tools to free up time for what creates the most value. The role requires both business understanding, pace, and quality – combined with strong structure and administrative skills.

We are looking for you

Who has experience from a similar role and is accustomed to working in organizations with comparable structure and size. You have worked closely with management groups and thrive in a role where you combine structure with a strong personal drive. You identify what needs to be done, take initiative, and ensure tasks are completed.

You have a post-secondary education in fields such as economics, quality, political science, or equivalent. You express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have high digital maturity that allows you to streamline working methods and free up time.

As a person, you are structured and proactive, with a holistic perspective where you drive work forward, follow up, and maintain pace. At the same time, you are collaborative and relationship-building, with the ability to build trust at all levels in the organization. You have high integrity, good judgment, and handle confidential information with ease.

Meritorious:

• Experience of board work or group structure
• Experience of other public sector operations
• Experience of follow-up, decision-making materials, and cross-functional coordination
