💼 About the role:

You start your journey as a security sales representative and learn the basics of our offering, our customers, and our sales methodology. With support from managers and colleagues, you develop step by step – with the goal of taking the leap to Team Leader.

When you are ready, you will take on greater responsibility where you:

• Work with your own field sales – and lead by example through your performance.
• Coach, motivate, and support your team towards common goals.
• Contribute to a strong team spirit, sales culture, and work environment.

This is the perfect role for you if you have a drive for sales – but also a desire to develop others.

✅ We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in sales – preferably field or face-to-face.
• Are social, responsible, and motivated by targets.
• Have an interest in coaching, inspiring, and leading others.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and have a clean criminal record and credit check.
• Can work Monday–Thursday 13:00–21:00 and Friday 10:00–18:00.

Previous leadership experience is meritorious – but not a requirement. We are looking for the right attitude and willingness to develop.
