About the role

As a groundworker, you will work with various types of ground and infrastructure tasks in both large and small projects. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Excavation and ground preparation
• Pipe laying and cable installation
• Drainage work
• Laying curb stones and fine leveling
• Setting up construction fences and barriers
• Operating small machinery and measuring tools such as plate compactors and laser levels

The work is performed both independently and in close collaboration with site management and other colleagues on site.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have 2–4 years of experience in ground and infrastructure work
• Have good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Are responsible, structured, and quality-conscious
• Have good teamwork skills and a professional attitude
• Enjoy practical and physical outdoor work
• Can work efficiently and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Meritorious qualifications:

• Certificate for Road Work (Arbete på väg)
• Hot Work and Safe Lifting certificates
• BE driving license
• Experience working on larger infrastructure projects or machinery experience

Employment type
