As a System Engineer, you will become part of an experienced team that develops and delivers advanced IT solutions to operations with high demands on availability, security, and performance. You will work through the entire development chain – from early concepts and requirements work to finished solutions and verification.

The role involves close collaboration with both internal development teams and external stakeholders, where you act as a key link between technology, requirements, and implementation. You will work with complex system environments where both hardware and software interact, while contributing to ensuring that the solutions meet customer needs and requirements.

• Design and further develop system architecture for complex IT solutions
• Work with requirements gathering, requirements management, and verification
• Produce technical specifications, system descriptions, and project documentation
• Provide technical recommendations and solution proposals to customers and project teams
• Collaborate with development and delivery teams within both hardware and software
• Participate in the entire system lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and validation
• Support the development of internal processes and methods within Systems Engineering
• Participate in customer dialogues and technical reviews
• Travel may occur in the role

• Have at least 3 years of work experience as a System Engineer or in a similar role
• Have knowledge of requirements management and system lifecycle processes
• Have a post-secondary education in areas such as computer science, system development, electronics, mechatronics, or a corresponding field, or have acquired equivalent competence through practical experience in IT infrastructure, networks, or technical systems
• Have experience working in projects and collaborating with various stakeholders
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

• Knowledge of networks, IT infrastructure, or system integration
• Experience working in technically complex or safety-critical environments

This is a consulting assignment, which means that initially you will be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client and our side is that you will eventually be directly employed by the client.
