Who are we?

Home Care Psychiatry consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses who work together in an interprofessional team. Through close collaboration, we contribute our various competencies to provide person-centered and cohesive care.

We meet people with mental disabilities who live in group or service housing, as well as people in ordinary housing who need psychiatric home care.

With us, you have the opportunity to influence, develop, and put ideas into practice. We work in an open and supportive work group where we listen to each other, help one another, and strive towards common goals.

Here you have the opportunity to make a real difference for our patients while becoming part of an engaged and competent team.

Your responsibilities

As an occupational therapist, you will have a varied and meaningful assignment where you work closely with other professions in your team. The responsibilities also include extensive collaboration with and mentoring of care staff. You will also have contact with many external actors.

Your duties include assessments, follow-ups, prescriptions, and fittings. The position involves actively participating in the planning and management of healthcare interventions, as well as development and quality work.

You will work extensively with interaction and create conditions for the individual to live as independent and meaningful a life as possible. We use the electronic patient record system Combine.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. We prefer that you have worked as an occupational therapist previously and have experience with the target group.

You are confident in your professional role and have a person-centered approach where the patient's needs and participation are always in focus.

You thrive working in an interprofessional team where you see the value of different competencies and actively contribute to achieving common goals.

Through a listening and engaged work approach, you motivate and support both patients and colleagues, creating good conditions for development and participation.

As a person, you are flexible and adapt easily to changed conditions, new ways of working, and varying tasks.

You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and have the ability to delegate professionally based on the individual's competence, experience, and conditions.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

You have excellent skills in expressing yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

We look forward to receiving your application!
