Cityhälsan Söder Health Centre is conveniently located in the Hageby district with good connections to the rest of Norrköping. We currently have approximately 16,000 registered patients. Job Description
We are looking for someone who wants to work during a regular employee's parental leave, starting in early autumn 2026, but no later than August 31, 2027.
As a CHC nurse, you work with the tasks we have regarding child health care, such as parental support, telephone advice, clinic visits, group activities, and home visits. The CHC is also part of the Family Centre located geographically close to our premises. Together with educators in the open preschool activities and social services from the municipality, we have close cooperation for children and parents for health promotion, prevention, and support purposes.
To thrive in this role, we believe it is important that you appreciate both working independently and collaborating with colleagues. The work consists of independently organizing your clinic visits according to the child health care program, while you and your colleagues support each other and work together to develop the operations forward. You will also work in a team with experienced doctors at the CHC and collaborate with other professions from the rest of the health centre and our neighboring healthcare providers in the building.
Work Group
We are approximately 65 employees at the health centre who enjoy working together in an open working climate. At the CHC, you work as the closest colleague with five other nurses who are experienced in their roles. We work together with cooperation and respect for each other's competence. Our goal is a working climate where everyone has varied tasks and can develop in their professional role.

About You
You are a District Nurse or Child Health Nurse, preferably with experience from primary care or the CHC.
You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, corresponding to level C1.
Experience with the medical record system Cosmic is meritorious. A B-class driver's license is a requirement. If you have previous experience from the CHC, this is meritorious. Language skills in various languages are seen as an asset for the children in our operations and their parents.
You have good cooperation skills and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to make independent decisions based on your profession. You have good communication skills towards patients, colleagues, and other operations. We are looking for someone who is engaged and interested in moving the health-promoting work forward together with colleagues and other professions for the benefit of the children. You find it exciting and developmental to work with children and families from many different cultures. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
