As a Shift Leader at Dagab, you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for the evening shift operations. This means you ensure adequate staffing and that all deliveries to customers are dispatched on time. Deliveries from the logistics facility in Örebro go primarily to external customers, making punctuality and quality of the utmost importance.

The work takes place primarily in two different departments: the dry goods department, where it is room temperature, and the fresh food department, where the temperature is approximately +4 degrees.

As a Shift Leader, your duties include:

• Coaching – You motivate, engage, and follow up with employees to ensure success.

• Personnel Management – You ensure the right staffing levels are achieved, both for internal and external personnel, to meet the daily needs of the business.

• Customer Deliveries – You ensure that customers receive their ordered goods at the specified time.

The evening shift at Dagab in Örebro covers Sunday–Thursday, 15:00–00:00. Flexibility regarding working hours is required, as some days may have earlier start times depending on operational needs. Dagab also operates on weekends and public holidays, so it is important that you are available to work during these times.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a standard probationary period of six months.

• Previous leadership experience.

• Work experience from warehousing, logistics, production, or similar.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

• Forklift license A1–4.

• Positive if you have been or are active in any sport.

Salary: According to agreement with Dagab. As a Shift Leader, you are covered by the Union's white-collar employee agreement. Shift allowance and overtime pay are provided in accordance with the collective agreement.
